How long do I have to return?
You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery, provided original tags and packaging remain attached.
Who pays return shipping costs?
For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, magua covers return shipping and provides a full refund.
When will my refund be processed?
After inspection, approved refunds return to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Can I return a sale item?
Sale items may be returned under the same 30-day conditions unless specifically marked final sale.
